摘要
目的:通过实验研究观察加味小柴胡汤对HBV转基因小鼠IL-12、IL-4、IFN-γmRNA表达的影响。方法:36只经筛选HBV DNA阳性的转基因小鼠随机分为3组,每组12只,中药组给予加味小柴胡汤水煎剂、西药组给予拉米夫定、空白对照组(简称盐水组)给予生理盐水,观察各组实验动物血清IL-12、IL-4和肝组织中IFN-γmR-NA活性的变化情况。结果:对IL-12、IL-4活性的影响,与盐水组和西药组比较,给药后中药组小鼠血清IL-12明显升高,而IL-4显著降低,差异有显著性意义(P<0.01,P<0.05);而对小鼠肝组织IFN-γmRNA的表达,中药组与盐水组和西药组比较,差异均有显著性意义(P<0.01)。结论:加味小柴胡汤有明显的调节和改善HBV转基因小鼠IL-12、IL-4、IFN-γmRNA活性的作用。
Objective：To observe the effect of modified Xiaochaihu decoction on the expression of IL-12,IL-4 and IFN-γ mRNA in HBV DNA positive transgenic mice.Methods：Thirty and six transgenic mice with HBV DNA were randomized in three groups,Chinese herb therapeutic group（modified Xiaochaihu decoction on）,western medicine group（lamivudine）,control group（physiological saline）.The expression of IL-12,IL-4 and IFN-γ mRNA were detected in transgenic mice serum and liver tissue.Results：The expression of IL-12 were obvious improvement and IL-4 were significantly reduction in Chinese herb group than western medicine group and physiological saline group（P0.01,P0.05）.The expression of IFN-γ mRNA were significantly different in Chinese herb groups than western medicine group and physiological saline group（P0.01,P0.05）.Conclusion：The effect of modified Xiaochaihu decoction on the expression of IL-12,IL-4 and IFN-γ mRNA are obviously improvement in transgenic mice.
