摘要
本文以某公司设计生产的45 m混凝土泵车为研究对象,根据有限元计算结果,对其大应力部位进行了最危险工况动应力测试。同时根据大应力部位结构特点,采用疲劳试验机进行了该泵车高强钢角焊接试样疲劳试验,由疲劳试验结果绘制Goodman疲劳极限图。根据实测动应力及疲劳极限图对该泵车结构进行疲劳强度评估,并提出改进意见。本文研究方法也可用于其他难以获得载荷谱的机械结构疲劳强度评估。
A 45m-length concrete pump truck was taken as a research object.Dynamic stresses at high stress positions determined by finite element analysis were tested under the most dangerous operation.According to the structural characteristics of these positions,fillet welding specimens of high strength steel for concrete pump truck were tested by MTS(mechanical testing and simulation)fatigue testing machines.Goodman fatigue limit diagram of concrete pump truck was plotted.Fatigue strength of concrete pump truck was evaluated based on measured stresses and Goodman diagram,finally improvement suggestions were presented.This method can also be used for fatigue strength evaluation of other machine equipment to gain load spectrum difficultly.
