摘要 根据液压源温度控制系统的非线性、时变的大滞后特性,采用参数自整定模糊比例积分微分(PID)控制算法,通过模糊推理在线调整PID的3个参数,给出了PID参数在线整定原则和模糊控制器设计。仿真结果表明:用该法设计的控制器较传统PID控制器有更好的动态性能和鲁棒性。不同工况的实验验证其液压源油温控制精度达到文献[1]的B级要求(±2℃)。 According to the characteristics of nonlinear,time-varying and large-lag system for the temperature control system of hydraulic source,the self-tuning parameters fuzzy proportion,integral and differential(PID) control algorithm was used,and three PID parameters were adjusted by online fuzzy reasoning.The design of the law of the online reasoning and fuzzy controller were given out.The simulation results showed that the dynamics performances and robustness of the designed controller were better than those of the traditional PID controller.The test of temperature control showed that the temperature control accuracy of the designed controller had researched the grade B(±2 °C) of the reference 1.
