摘要
采用膜分离技术对灵芝水提液进行除杂、浓缩,以提高灵芝多糖的纯度。试验比较微滤膜N30和N100的除杂效果,选用更合适的N100:可使灵芝多糖透过率高达98.5%、杂质截留率达18.6%;比较了纳滤膜DLC和DKC的浓缩效果,选用更合适的DLC:灵芝多糖截留率高达99.5%,灵芝多糖的纯度达72.4%。
Membrane separation technology for water extract of Ganoderma lucidum for impurity removal, concentration, in order to enhance the purity of Ganoderma lucidum polysaccharides. Compared the microfiltration membrane N30 and N100 of the impurity effect, choose a more appropriate N100: Ganoderma lucidum polysaccharides can transmittance as high as 98.5 %, impurity retention rate of 18.6 %; compared the nanofiltration DLC and DKC enrichment effect, and choose a more appropriate DLC: Ganoderma lucidum polysaccharides retention rate as high as 99.5 %, Ganoderma lucidum polysaccharides 72.4 % purity.
