摘要
作为常见的一种临床综合征,癫痫发病机理复杂,谷氨酸在其发生发展中起着非常重要的作用,而谷氨酰胺合成酶是谷氨酸代谢中的关键酶类,因此其在癫痫中可能也有一定的作用,但各家观点不一,多数研究倾向于支持谷氨酰胺合成酶的活性降低或者数量减少都会对癫痫的发生和发展有直接的关系。但对于谷氨酰胺合成酶的研究,许多都是来自于星形胶质细胞的培养物和脑片,体外的结果在体内的环境中都会出现不同的结果。因此对于癫痫和谷氨酰胺合成酶的关系,还有待于进一步研究探索。
As a common chronical clinical syndrome,many factors and moleculars are involved in the process of epileptogenesis and the mechanism of it is very complex.Glutamine synthetase is a capital enzyme involved in glutamate metabolism,its change can result in the disorder of epilepsy,but the research results are not complete in the same,the most result leading to the result that the decreased expression and activity of GS might play a role in repeated kindling of seizure,but the most of researching was done in vitro or section of animal brain,it has the different result in vivo,so there was more researching to reveal the relations of the GS and the epilepsy.
