摘要
在简要介绍电流传送器特性后,对基于BJT的电流控制传送器电路进行了推导。在对MOS电路亚阈值模型进行分析的基础上,阐述了基于CMOS的电流控制传送器的设计原理和方法,并对基于BiCMOS的电流控制传送器的原理进行了介绍。
In the paper,current controlled conveyor circuit based on BJT is deduced after the characters of current conveyor are introduced.The design principle and method of CMOS and BiCMOS current controlled conveyor are elaborated based on analyzing the subthreshold model of CMOS circuit.
