针刺对高脂大鼠主动脉内皮bcl-2和bax的影响 被引量:1

摘要 目的:探讨高脂饮食对SD大鼠主动脉内皮凋亡的影响以及针刺对该影响的作用。方法:17只刚断乳的SD大鼠经高脂喂养12周后检测血清NO和MPO,按体重随机分为模型组(8只)和针刺组(9只),干预4周后检测血清NO、MPO和主动脉NO、SOD、MDA、bax、bcl-2,并设普食对照组(9只)。结果:模型组血清MPO和主动脉MDA、bax均明显高于对照组,血清和主动脉NO、主动脉SOD和bcl-2明显低于对照组;针刺后血清MPO和主动脉MDA、bax明显降低,血清和主动脉NO、主动脉SOD和bcl-2明显增加。结论:高脂饮食增加了SD大鼠主动脉内皮的氧化应激水平,造成主动脉内皮凋亡增加;针刺能够减轻高脂饮食大鼠主动脉内皮的氧化应激,改善主动脉内皮的凋亡。 Objective: To investigate the high-fat diet on SD rat aortic endothelial apoptosis,and the impact of the role of acupuncture.Methods: 17 SD rats were just weaning high fat diet for 12 weeks of serum NO and MPO,were randomly divided into model group(n=8) and the acupuncture group(9 rats),serum after 4 weeksNO,MPO and aortic NO,SOD,MDA,bax,bcl-2,and let normal diet control group(9 rats).RESULTS: MPO serum and aortic MDA,bax were significantly higher in serum and aortic NO,aortic SOD and bcl-2 was significantly lower than the control group;acupuncture serum MPO and aortic MDA,bax waslower serum and aortic NO,aortic SOD and bcl-2 significantly increased.Conclusion: The high fat diet increased the SD rat aortic endothelial oxidative stress,resulting in increased apoptosis of aortic endothelial;Acupuncture can reduce the high fat diet rat aortic endothelial oxidative stress and improve the withered aortic endothelialdeath.
