摘要
采用釜式反应考察了阴、阳离子表面活性剂对悬浮床加氢裂化反应的作用。结果表明,阴、阳离子活性剂复配后对悬浮床加氢裂化反应的抑焦作用会发生显著变化;改变阴、阳离子活性剂的复配比例,生焦率先减小后增大,C7-Asp的平均相对分子质量则先增大后减小,在阴、阳离子表面活性剂形成复合物且有部分阴离子活性剂剩余时出现转折点。阴、阳离子表面活性剂复配后,以复合物和阴离子活性剂单体2种形式存在于反应体系,复合物以双链尾结构游离在沥青质间的溶剂化层,阴离子表面活性剂单体的极性头官能团则吸附在沥青质的极性部位,两者共同对沥青质的缔合形成空间阻碍。
The effects of anionic and cationic surfactants as adjuvant on slurry-bed hydrocracking were investigated in a magnetic-stirred autoclave.The obvious change of coke-formation in slurry-bed hydrocracking was observed when the mixture of anionic and cationic surfactants was added.With the change of the mixing ratio of anionic and cationic surfactants,the coke-formation rate decreased first and then increased and the average relative molecular mass of asphaltene increased first and then decreased.When the amount of anionic surfactant was more than that of cationic surfactant in the mixture,the inflexions of coke-formation rate and average relative molecular mass of asphaltene appeared.In reaction system,the mixture adjuvant existed in the forms of compound and anionic surfactant.The compound with its double tail existed in asphaltene solvent layer,and the head group of anionic surfactant was absorbed on the surface of asphaltene,well resisting the association of asphaltenes.
