摘要
从维护建设单位利益的角度出发,介绍了工程造价的管理办法,分别阐述了设计阶段、招投标阶段、施工阶段、结算阶段造价管理的工作重点,以指导建设单位科学有效地进行造价管理,将投资控制在限额以内。
Starting from safeguarding the construction unit benefit, this article describes the engineering cost management measures, and respectively expounds engineering management points at design stage, bid and tender stage, construction stage and settlement stage, with a view to guide construction unit to carry on cost management scientifically and effectively, and to control the investment within the budget amount scope.
