摘要
用实验方法研究了静电放电(ESD)对某电子时间引信电子线路的损伤及其防护加固措施。引信在ESD的作用下,储存的信息会改变,当ESD的电压升高时,出现电子线路损坏,其损伤阈值为+200V。采取加固措施后,系统抗ESD的电压提高了2~3倍,使引信系统抗ESD的能力得到提高。
ESD damage and hardening of an electronic time fuze are studied by using experiments. The information stored in the fuze is changed under the action of ESD. While the voltage of ESD rises, the electronic circuit is damaged and its damage threshold is +200 V. The fuze system can withstand more than 2 or 3 times high voltage threat after hardening.
