XRCC3多态性与肺癌关联的Meta分析 被引量:2

摘要 目的综合评价XRCC3 rs861539多态性与肺癌的关联。方法计算机检索有关数据库,获取16个研究数据信息,结合本研究资料,依据NOS标准对文献进行质量评价,采用多变量Meta分析方法选择遗传模型,应用Stata评价异质性和发表偏倚、计算效应合并OR值及95%CI,Quanto与SPSS分析各研究的把握度及分类间的差异。结果欧美的研究存在遗传模型异质性,rs861539与中国人群肺癌无显著关联(隐性模型合并OR=1.59,95%CI:0.52~4.87)。结论 rs861539变异对中国人群肺癌无明显遗传效应,尚需进一步探讨与环境可能存在的交互作用。 Objective To explore the relation between XRCC3 rs861539 polymorphism and lung cancer.Methods The data of sixteen studies were obtained after searching the database.Quality evaluation of the 16 studies and the present research was made according to NOS.Genetic model were selected by multivariate approach.Heterogeneity,publication bias,overall OR and 95%CI were explored by Stata.Power of each study was calculated by Quanto and subgroup differences were tested by SPSS.Results Heterogeneity in genetic model was found among European and American studies.No significant association was observed between rs861539 and lung cancer in Chinese research(recessive model,overall OR=1.59,95%CI: 0.52-4.87).Conclusion No significant genetic effect of rs861539 on lung cancer is observed in China,and its interaction with environment should be further explored.
