摘要
从患暴发性流行病的中华绒螯蟹稚蟹体内分离到5株细菌,其中2株经人工感染试验证实为病原菌,又经形态、生理生化特性测试,鉴定为嗜水气单胞菌(Aeromonashydrophila)和副溶血弧菌(Vibrioparahaemolyticus),生物型2。药敏试验结果表明,前者对氯霉素、庆大霉素、红霉素等敏感;后者对呋喃唑酮、磺胺、链霉素、卡那霉素、磺胺+TMP等敏感。
Five strain bacteria were isolated from explosive epidemic disease of Chinese mittern crab (Eriocheir sinensis HMilneEdward),twos strains of which were proved to be the pathogens of the diseaseThe two strains isolated were tested for characters of morphology,physiology and biochemics,according to the Bergeys Manual of Systematic Bacteriology 8th,and classified as Aeromonas hydrophila and Vibrio parahaemolyticus (biological type2)Sensitive test to medicines showed that Ahydrophila was sensitive to chloramphenicol,gentamycin,erythromycin and so on,and that Vparahaemolyticus (biological type2) was sensitive to furazolidonum,sulfonamides (SU),straptomycin,kanamycin,cotrimoxazoles and so on
