摘要
埋地油气管道经常受到外部腐蚀,外壁会出现不同形状的腐蚀缺陷,因此就会产生应力集中降低管道的承压能力,必须对其剩余强度和剩余寿命进行评估。应用ANSYS软件对含外腐蚀缺陷的管道进行分析计算,给出不同缺陷尺寸的管道在5MPa内压作用下的Mises应力,并预测管道在未来某一时间的运行可靠性。计算结果表明,有限元法对于分析管道的剩余强度是可靠的,可为外腐蚀管道的安全评价提供较为准确的相关数据。
Buried oil and gas pipelines are subjected to the external corrosion frequently. The outer wall will have different shapes of the corrosion defects, which lead to stress concentration and reduce the bearing pressure ability of pipelines. It is necessary to value the residual strength and the residual life. ANSYS software was utilized to analyze the oil and gas pipelines with outside corrosion defects ,and the Mise stress under the different flaw size of the pipelines in 5 MPa. The calculation of ANSYS proves that the finite element method is reliable, it provides the correlation data for the buried pipeline safety evaluation.
