摘要
详细介绍了气泡法检漏、氦质谱检漏、氢工质检漏三种无损检测方法,同时结合实际,介绍了在氢镍电池生产过程中,使用这三种方法对电池的密封性能进行测试和评价的具体流程以及测试设备。
In this paper,three non-destructive inspection methods for the sealing performance of nickel-hydrogen cell,such as bubble technique,helium mass spectrum,and hydrogen working substance technique,were introduced in detail.Combined with practical application,the specific processes and the measuring equipment of using the three methods to inspect and value the cell’s sealing performance were described.
