摘要
专业知识交流问题是知识管理中的关键问题之一。本文从影响知识交流的认知障碍因素出发研究专业知识交流问题,并进而开发一个支持专业知识交流的可视化工具。从知识交流的一般过程入手,本文分析指出,人和人之间的专业知识交流过程与专家系统领域广泛研究的知识获取过程具有很好的可类比性。从而,借鉴第二代专家系统把领域知识和控制知识分离的思路,分析了知识交流中知识表述过程和知识理解过程本质上是通过"知识组织结构"构造领域知识模型的过程;这一过程与专家系统中通过控制知识把领域知识组合起来形成推理链条的过程具有内在一致性。从这一模型构造的思想出发,提出一个可视化的专业知识交流支持工具实验型软件原型。
Professional knowledge communication is a key issue of knowledge management.This issue is studied in this paper from the cognitive dimension of knowledge communication,leading to the development of a knowledge visualization tool to support professional knowledge communication.By analyzing the generic process of knowledge communication,it is asserted in this paper that the interpersonal knowledge communication process is largely comparable to the knowledge acquisition process which has been widely investigated in the Expert Systems field.Consequently,inspired by the idea of separating control knowledge from domain knowledge in the studies of the second generation expert systems,the authors contend that the knowledge expression and knowledge comprehension processes in interpersonal knowledge communication are in essence a process of constructing a domain knowledge model by using control knowledge or"knowledge organization structures",consistent with the process of reasoning procedure generation in an expert system.Based on this idea of model construction,a software prototype of knowledge visualization tool for processional knowledge communication is presented.
