阐述了图书馆员在职业生涯中可能遇到的职业倦怠现象,从结构分析入手,经过科学的数据分析与研究,得出图书馆工作的性质决定了图书馆员的职业倦怠现象具有特殊性的结论。
This paper expounds the phenomenon of job burnout occurring possibly in the career of librarians,and starting from the structural analysis,and through the scientific data analysis and research,obtains that the nature of library work determines that the job burnout phenomenon of librarians has its particularity.
