摘要
靖平33-13井是2009年长庆油田完钻的1口气井水平井,由于储层垂深多次调整,导致井眼轨迹形成2个分支。针对水平段完井情况和下筛管完井过程存在的问题,进行了下筛管技术难点分析,下筛管固井附件优选。通过多次通井施工和细化下套管技术措施,最终顺利将生产筛管下到设计位置,保证了后期储层改造和生产。研究认为,选用具备旋转拨物功能的旋转引鞋,为套管顺利下入到井底提供了保障;选用合理的通井钻具结构及通井措施,合理加放扶正器,对保证φ114.3mm筛管顺利下入起到了关键作用。
Well GP 33-13 is a horizontal gas well drilled in the Changqing oilfield in 2009. The well has two well paths as a result of frequent adjustment of reservoir depth. The technical difficulties of running screen pipe were analyzed and the accessories of screen pipe cementation were optimized according to the conditions of the horizontal section and the process of screen pipe completion. The production screen was successfully run to the designed position after drifting many times and detailing casing running techniques,thus guaranteed subsequent reservoir stimulation. The study indicates that the use of rotating guide shoe which can push aside objects by rotating guarantees smooth running of casing to bottom hole; rational drifting string and drifting measures and rational placement of centralizer are crucial to successful running of 114.3mm screen pipe.
