摘要
目前大港油田解决套管缩径的主要技术是机械整形扩径技术,包括梨形胀管器和套管磨铣技术,但普遍存在着损伤套管,牺牲套管厚度,修复成功率低等缺憾。为此,对港西油田套管首次变形与再次变形受力情况分析,提出了套管缩径力学机理,分析预测了套管修复的可行性,避免了无效作业带来的经济损失,提高了套管修复成功的几率,为套管损伤井修复提供了科学的预测方法。
The problem of casing diameter reducing is solved mainly by mechanical truing to ream diameter in Dagang oilfield,including pyriform tube expander and milling technique,but there are some drawbacks such as casing damage,sacrificing casing thickness and low success rate of repair. This paper analyzes the casing load causing first deformation and redeformation in the Gangxi oilfield; puts forward the mechanical mechanism of casing diameter reducing; forecasts the feasibility of casing repair; thereby avoids economic loss due to invalid operation and enhances the success rate of casing repair. This study provides scientific forecast method for repairing casing damage wells.
