信息功能陶瓷研究的新进展与挑战 被引量:11

摘要 信息功能陶瓷是各类电子元器件的核心材料,因而成为无机非金属材料研究中最为活跃的领域。研究主要集中在介电、压电/铁电、磁性介质陶瓷,导电/半导体陶瓷,以及它们之间的复合与集成。结合近年来我国信息功能陶瓷973计划项目的研究情况,从几个方面简述了信息功能陶瓷领域相关研究的新进展、面临的挑战及发展趋势。 Functional ceramics for IT are key materials for various electronic devices,and thus have become the most active area in the field of inorganic nonmetallic materials.Research in the area is mainly focused on dielectric,piezoelectric/ferroelectric,magnetic,and conductive/semiconductive ceramics,as well as composites and integrations of these ceramics.In this article,we will briefly present some recent progresses,challenges and future issues in this area only based on the research status of our project on functional ceramics in the national 973 programs.
