摘要
世界从来都是一个世界观多元的世界。我们可以将世界观在世界关系实践——包括历史实践与理论实践——中带来各种问题的现象,称之为"世界观问题"。在国际关系研究中,一个很少提出并得到回答的问题是:为什么在主流国际关系理论的研究中,"世界观问题"一直没有成为一个问题?如果不从理论上对这个问题予以回答,那么中国学术界热议"天下观"或和谐世界观的意义将得不到彰显。本文从文本和逻辑研究相结合的角度,以新现实主义、新自由制度主义与建构主义三大主流国际关系理论代表人物在"世界观问题"上的态度为例,研究它在主流国际关系理论中之所以没有成为一个问题的原因。这对于我们理解中国传统"天下观"和新近提出的和谐世界观的价值具有非常重要的意义。
Our world is composed of a great diversity of worldviews,which has resulted in various problems in the practice of international relations-including both theoretical and historical practice. This phenomenon can be labeled as the 'Worldview Problematique'. One question so seldom raised and answered in the international relations studies is,why the mainstream international relations theories have paid so little attention to the Worldview Problematique? In this paper the author intends to answer this question. Based on the representative views of the Neo-realism,Neo-institutionalism and Constructivism,the author,by way of text reading and logical deduction,provides the reason why the Worldview Problematique has not become a problem in these three theories. The purpose of this paper is for us to better understand the significance of China's traditional idea of 'Tianxia' and the newly-projected view of a 'Harmonious World'.
