摘要
介绍低地板车的研究背景,对长春轨道客车股份公司的低地板车的研制历程进行介绍,包括从长春轻轨70%低地板到科技部100%低地板的研制。从车体、转向架、牵引、集成4个方面,对车辆的研制进行系统说明,论述一些研制过程中的体会。
This paper describes the research background of low-floor vehicles and introduces the history of research and manufacturing of low-floor vehicles in Changchun Railway Vehicles Co.,Ltd.from the manufacturing of 70% low-floor vehicles for Changchun light-rail line in the past to that of the 100% low-floor vehicles sponsored by the Ministry of Science and Technology of China at present.It elaborates the research and manufacturing of low-floor vehicles from four aspects,namely,the carbody,bogie,traction and system integration.Author＇s personal experience from the practice is also briefed.
