摘要
上海地铁13号线北翟路出入场线属于小半径曲线隧道,在分析同类型工程经验的基础上,对隧道结构、管片等进行再设计。施工中采用铰接式盾构推进,通过特殊部位的地层加固、纵向刚度加强等措施,减小盾构切向分力带来的影响;同时配合信息化施工,调整施工参数,保证了顺利贯通。由于采用新的设计、施工思路,为后续项目提供了经验。
Entrance and exit line tunnels on Beidi Road of Shanghai subway Line 13 are located on sharp curves.By referring to the experience of similar projects,the original design of tunnel structure and segments was modified.A hinged shield was adopted to drive the tunnels.Strata on the line were reinforced at some places by grouting;longitudinal stiffness of the tunnel was also strengthened so that the effect of tangential component force of shield driving could be alleviated.Information-oriented construction was incorporated with the modification of construction parameters which ensured the smooth completion of the tunnels.
