摘要
目的了解院外急救医生的培训需求，为合理设置该类人员的专科培训与继续教育项目提供科学依据。方法采用自设问卷法，调查苏浙三家市级急救中心85名急救医生的培训需求与相关急救技能的掌握程度等。结果培训需求排序前5位的分别是同步电除颤、呼吸机使用、急救卿论知识、气道异物解救术、颈椎损伤同定搬运术，非医学知识前二三位分别是自我防护、沟通技巧和法律法规。结论应加大对院外急救医生同步电除颤、呼吸机使用的培训力度，对常规急救技能与急救理论知识需经常复训强化巩固。另外，自我防护等非医疗技能的培训也需加强。
Objective To study the demands for training of doctors in pre-hospital care, and provide evidence for setting up curriculum of training and continuing education for doctor in pre-hospital care. Methods 85 doctors＇ demands for training and mastery of skills related to the first-aid were investigated by adopting the self-designed questionnaire in three Medical Emergency Centers in Zhejiang and Jiangsu province. Results The top 5 training demands were synchronized defibrillation, the use of ventilator, first-aid knowledge, the airway rescue techniques, and the fixed handling of cervical injury patients. The first three demands of non-medical knowledge were self-protection, communication skills, pertinent laws and regulations. Conclusion The synchronized defibrillation and the use of ventilator should be strengthened while the basic first-aid skills and technique have also to be refreshed periodically. In addition, the self-protection and other non-medical skills training should be strengthened in pre-hospital care.
