不同根充糊剂在前牙慢性根尖周炎治疗中的疗效观察被引量：3

摘要目的观察不同根充糊剂在前牙慢性根尖周炎治疗中的疗效观察。方法将131例患有前牙慢性根尖周炎的患者随机分为三组:ZOE糊剂组(A组)采用ZOE糊剂+牙胶尖进行根充;Cortiso-mol糊剂组(B组),采用Cortisomol根充糊剂+牙胶尖进行根充;Vitapex糊剂组(C组),采用Vitapex根充糊剂+牙胶尖进行根充。于术后7d观察三组的术后疼痛反应,1年后的临床疗效进行追踪观察。结果 Cortisomol糊剂组与Vitapex糊剂组的无痛率无统计学意义(P>0.05);两组无痛率均高于ZOE糊剂组,两组无痛率与ZOE糊剂组的差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05);Cortisomol糊剂组的有效率明显高于ZOE糊剂组与Vitapex糊剂组,具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论 Cortisomol糊剂是一种理想的根充糊剂,能明显提高根管治疗的疗效。
