摘要
i-β沸石催化合成乙酸丙酯和丙酸丙酯.考察了催化剂的活化温度、反应时间、酸醇比、催化剂用量、环已烷用量、反应温度对酯化反应的影响.通过实验发现,利用Ti-β沸石催化合成丙酸丙酯的最优条件为:温度110℃、催化剂用量4.0 g/mol丙酸、酸醇比为:1.1、环已烷用量为200 mL/mol正丙酸、反应时间为3 h。在此条件下,丙酸转化率最高可达78.4%。
The catalytic synthesis of both propyl acetateand propyl propionate has been studied using Tiβ zeolite as catalyst.The effects of the activation temperature of the catalysts,reaction time,the molar ratio of carboxylic acid(acetic acid or propionic acid) to npropanol,the amount of the catalyst used,the amount of cyclohexano used,and reaction temperature,on the esterification reactions were investigated.The appropriate reaction conditions for the catalytic synthesis of propyl propionate in the presence of Tiβ zeolite were found to be as follows:a reaction temperature of 110 ℃,the amount of the cat-alyst used=4.0 g/mol propionic acid,the molar ratio of carboxylic acid to alcohol=1:1.1,the amount of cyclohexane used=200 mL/mol propionic acid,and reaction time=3 h.The best conversion of propionic acid obtained under the appropriate reaction conditions was 78.4%.
