摘要
目前,相控阵超声检测技术在国内长输管道环焊缝检测中得到了广泛应用,由于专用相控阵检测电缆在施工中容易损坏,使得设备维护成本高昂。在已有的相控阵技术研究基础上,设计了新型管道环焊缝相控阵超声检测设备,使超声采集单元及电机驱动控制单元小型化,安装在扫查器上,采集的超声信号经网线传输到笔记本电脑,实现全自动超声检测功能。经现场试验测试,设备性能满足《管道对接环焊缝全自动超声波检测标准》要求。
At present,the phased array ultrasonic testing technology has been widely used in the domestic long-distance pipeline girth weld inspection.In order to reduce the high maintenance costs due to dedicated phased array inspection cables which are easy to damage during the weld inspection,a kind of new-type phased array ultrasonic testing equipment for butt joint of long-distance pipeline had been developed by pipeline research institute of CNPC on the basis of the existing research on phased array.The smaller ultrasound acquisition unit and the motor drive control unit are installed in the flaw scanner,and ultrasonic signals transmitted by the network line to the notebook computer,completing the automatic ultrasonic detection.The detection system in field tests meets the standards mentioned in the document fully automatic ultrasonic detection of butt joints of pipeline for transportation of natural gas from the west to the east.
