摘要
为探索酶法提取竹叶中总黄酮工艺的最佳条件,采用酶处理技术与水提法相结合的工艺,对竹叶中总黄酮的提取工艺进行研究。结果表明:各因素对提取效果的影响表现为酶解温度>pH值>酶用量>酶解时间,确定最佳酶解条件为酶解温度45℃,pH 4.5,酶用量1%,酶解时间150min,总黄酮得率比直接采用水提法提高0.2%。
Extraction process of flavonoids from bamboo leaves was studied to explore the optimum extraction process by means of enzyme hydrolysis and water extraction.Results showed that factors affecting extraction rate is temperature〉pH〉enzyme dosage〉hydrolysis time.The optimum extraction condition contains 45℃,pH 4.5,1% dosage and 150 min.The yield of total flavonoids by enzyme hydrolysis is 2% higher than water extraction.
