摘要
利用基层农业科研所的科技支撑和创新平台,搭建观光旅游服务和科普教育与培训平台,探讨科研所的产业化发展模式,创建科研、开发、旅游三位一体新型农业科技园,最终达到服务社会、提质增效、反哺科研的目的,实现园区科研、开发和旅游的持续发展,为基层农业科研所深化体制改革提供经验和示范样板。
The new integrated agricultural science park with multi-function of scientific research,development and tourism can be established by putting up the platforms of tourism service,popular science education and training supported by the platform of scientific support and innovation of grass-roots agricultural institutes,which can achieve the purpose of serving society,improving efficiency and supporting scientific research,realize sustainable development of scientific research,development and tourism in the agricultural science park and provide reference and demonstration for industrial development models of grass-roots agricultural institutes in their structural reform.
