组织多普勒评估肥厚型心肌病心室间收缩同步性的价值 被引量:2

摘要 目的探讨应用组织多普勒成像(TDI)及脉冲多普勒(PW)技术评价肥厚型心肌病(HCM)患者左右心室间收缩同步性的价值。方法应用TDI及PW对25例HCM患者及21例正常对照组者心室间收缩同步性进行分析。结果与对照组比较,HCM组收缩达峰时间(Ts)明显延迟(P<0.001),PW测定的主、肺动脉射血前期时间差明显延长(P<0.001)。结论 TDI能观察到心室电-机械耦联情况,与PW结合可综合评价左右心室间收缩运动的失同步改变。
