摘要 针对鞍钢股份有限公司第二炼钢厂脱氧工艺的不足,对不同钢种采取相应的优化措施,包括采用廉价的焦炭、CaC2、SiC等脱氧剂;优化扩散脱氧剂的应用;组合使用沉淀脱氧、扩散脱氧、真空脱氧3种脱氧方法;RH-TB采用Si、Al、Ti三步脱氧工艺等技术措施,降低了脱氧合金的消耗,提高了连铸坯的质量。 Seeing that the deoxidation process applied by No.2 Steelmaking Plant of Angang Steel Co.,Ltd.can not carry out the deoxidation sufficiently,and so countermeasures for optimizing the process are taken for different steel grades,which consist of using low-cost deoxidizers such as coke,CaC2 and SiC,optimizing the application of a diffusive deoxidizer,taking the combinatorial approach for deoxidation by combining the three kinds of ways of the bulk deoxidation,diffusive deoxidation and vacuum-oxygen degassing and applying the Si-Al-Ti three-step deoxidation process onto the RH-TB.And as a result the consumption of deoxidizing alloys is reduced and the quality of continuous casting slabs is improved.
