摘要 在介绍空间辐射和FPGA容错设计的基础上,提出了一种针对反熔丝FPGA有限状态机的联合纠错译码和三模冗余算法的加固设计方法.通过分析和比较可知,此加固设计有利于提高代码的抗单粒子翻转能力,为反熔丝FPGA代码加固设计提供了一种思路. This paper deals with a hardened finite-state Machine based on anti-fused FPGA. This FSM combines error-correction code state registers with TMR input/output registers. Analysis and comparison for those designs show that this hardened FSM is not susceptible to single event upset-induced errors.
