摘要
采用超声波辅助和同时蒸馏萃取法从火麻仁中提取挥发性成分,经过GC-MS分析,鉴定出94种物质(取相似度≥80的物质),占总成分的96.68%。其中醇类物质主要有:α,α,4-三甲基-苯甲醇(4.98%)、2-丁醇(1.94%)和表蓝桉醇(1.89%);醛类物质主要有二乙基乙缩醛(9.29%)、苯乙醛(2.69%)、苯甲醛(1.77%);酮类物质主要有:4-羟基-2-甲基苯乙酮(4.81%);烃类物质主要有:石竹烯(5.03%)、α-貏草烯(2.77%)、β-貏草烯(2.75%)、D-柠檬烯(1.88%);芳香族类物质主要有:茴香醚(4.25%)、八氢-4a,8-二甲基-2-(1-异丙基)萘(2.93%);酸类主要有亚油酸(4.44%)、十五酸(3.63%)、乙酸(1.42%);同时还含有较多的石竹烯氧化物(2.67%)和吲哚(1.18%)。
Volatiles in essential oil from hemp seed was extracted by ultrasound-assisted and simultaneous distillation and solvent extraction(SDE),which analyzed by gas chromatography-mass spectrum(GC-MS),94 components were identified(the material obtained similarity ≥85),covering 96.68% of the total components.Alcohols mainly have:α,α,4-trimethylbenzenemethanol(4.98%),2-butanol(1.94%) and table eucalyptus alcohol(1.89%);aldehydes are mainly diethyl-B acetal(9.29%),phenylacetaldehyde(2.69%),benzaldehyde(1.77%),And ketones are:4-hydroxy-2-methyl-acetophenone(4.81%);hydrocarbons are:caryophyllene(5.03%),α-humulene(2.77%),β-humulene(2.75%),D-limonene(1.88%);Aromatic categories are:BHA(4.25%),eight hydrogen-4a,8-dimethyl-2-(1-methylethyl) naphthalene(2.93%);acids are mainly linoleic acid(4.44%),Pentadecanoic acid(3.63%),acetic acid(1.42%);It also contains more caryophyllene oxide(2.67%) and indole(1.18%).
