摘要
目的建立用高效液相色谱法测定枇杷止咳胶囊中的磷酸可待因含量。方法资生堂C18柱(250 mm×4.6 mm,5μm);流动相为0.1 mol·L^-1磷酸二氢钠溶液-甲醇(85∶15);紫外检测波长为238 nm;柱温为30.0℃。结果磷酸可待因的线性范围为0.030 7-3.067 2μg(r=1.000 0),平均加样回收率为94.11%。RSD为0.87%(n=6)。结论方法简便,灵敏度高,重现性好,可作为质量控制指标。
Aim To develop a quantitative method by HPLC for the determination of codeine phosphate in loquat cough capsules.Methods The analysis was carried out by using C18 column(250 mm×4.6 mm,5 μm).The mobile phase consisted of 0.1 mol·L^-1 sodium dihydrogen phosphate solutioN-methanol(85∶15,v/v).The detective wavelength was at 238 nm and the temperature was 30.0℃.Results The linear range of codeine phosphate was from 0.030 7 to 3.067 2 μg(r=1.000 0).The average recovery was 94.11% with RSD of 0.87%(n=6).Conclusion The method is simple,sensitive and reliable.It could be used for quality control for Pipa Zhike Capsuies.
