临床见习"5+5"模式和传统模式对学生职业素质培养效果的比较研究

摘要 目的通过对两组学生的职业素质的评价,分析两种临床见习模式实施效果的差别及其原因,对临床见习"5+5"模式的实施效果进行评价。方法以湛江校区临床及相关专业学生作为对照组,实施临床见习传统模式;以东莞校区临床及相关专业学生作为实验组,实施临床见习"5+5"模式。结果医生认为两组学生的职业素质均较好且无差别,带教老师普遍认为实验组学生的职业素质一般或较好,实验组学生的自我职业素质评价较好。讨论临床见习"5+5"模式可以保证学生的职业素质培养的效果,是一种可行的临床见习新模式。 Objective Through the appraisal of professional quality between stundents of two clinical clerkship patterns, to study the differences and reasons of two kinds of methods and assess the effect of the clinical clerkship "5+5" pattern scientifically. Methods The control group of ZhanJiang campus students carries out the clinical traditional pattern,and the he experimental group of DongGuan campus students carries out the clinical clerkship "5+5" pattern. Results The doctors consider that professional quality of the two groups are good and non-discriminatory, teachers think the experimental group students’professional quality are general or good,and the experimental group students’self-professional quality appraisal is good. Conclusions The clinical clerkship "5+5" pattern can guarantee the effect of the stundents’professional quality the clinical clerkship "5+5" pattern is a feasible and effective pattern of clinical clerkship.
