摘要
根据正交试验结果,从电参数与非电参数方面分析了各个因素对加工精度的影响,确定影响较大的因素后,对其进行单因素试验,然后运用MATLAB等工具对试验数据进行拟合得到目标函数。运用遗传算法优化目标函数,得到加工效率和加工精度都较佳的加工参数,最后对得到的加工参数进行验证。运用此优化方法到生产加工中,对提高往复走丝电火花线切割机床的性能有重要意义。
According to orthogonal test results, this paper analyzes the electrical parameters and the non-electric parameters of the various factors on the machining accuracy. We determine the factor of the impact from a large number of factors and design the single factor experiments, using Matlab and other tools to fit the experimental data obtained objective function. At the same time we use the genetic algorithm to optimize the objective function and get the better processing parameters in processing efficiency and processing precision. The optimization parameters which are applied to the production of HS-WEDM parts of the performance is important.
