摘要
本文以湖南中大创远数控装备有限公司生产的数控螺旋锥齿轮研齿机为例,讨论了数控螺旋锥齿轮研齿机床结构设计时需要明确的问题,包括机床结构的数学模型和各数控轴零位的确定,最终推导出该机床的数学模型并把它推广到其它数控螺旋锥齿轮加工机床(铣齿机、磨齿机)。
This article took the CNC spiral bevel and hypoid gear lapping machine manufactured by Hunan ZDCY CNC Equipment Co.,Ltd for example,discussed the specific question in the design of the structure of CNC spiral bevel and hypoid gear lapping machine,including machine structure mathematics modeling and confirm zero position in each NC axis.Finally derived this machine's mathematics model and spread it to other CNC spiral bevel and hypoid gear machine(milling machine,grinding machine).
