摘要
以NaOH、Na2CO3、Mg(NO3)2、A(lNO3)3和Co(NO3)2为原料,用共沉淀法合成的类水滑石为前体制备固体碱型Co-O/Mg(Al)O催化剂,将其用于常压下催化分子氧氧化正丁硫醇向二硫化物转化。对催化剂进行了XRD测定,讨论了镁铝摩尔比、焙烧温度与催化剂物相组成及其活性关系。考察了溶剂和反应温度对催化剂活性的影响,对氧化产物结构进行了IR、UV和MS表征。
The precursors of the Co-containing hydrotalcite-like compounds using co-precipitation method and the solid base type Co-O/Mg(Al)O catalysts using calcinations of the precursors were prepared with sodium hydroxide,sodium carbonate,aluminum nitrate,magnesium nitrate and cobalt nitrate as raw materials.These catalysts were used in the catalytic oxidation of n-butyl mercaptan converted to disulfide by molecular oxygen under atmospheric pressure.The structures of the catalysts were characterized by X-ray diffraction(XRD).The influences of molar ratio of Mg to Al in solid base support or calcination temperature on the phase composition and activity of the catalyst were investigated.The Influence of solvent and reaction temperature on catalytic oxidation of n-butyl mercaptan was inspected.The structure of the product was identified by IR,UV and MS.
