摘要
以国产MWKGC04型640×512中波凝视热像仪整机的研制项目为基础,对探测器前端驱动电路中的3种主要噪声——传输网络噪声,偏置电压噪声和信号调理放大器噪声特性进行了深入的分析,结合MWKGC04探测器的主要性能指标,通过理论分析了前端驱动电路噪声的来源,并结合各部分的噪声模型加以推导,最终提出了行之有效的降低这3种主要噪声的方法,并且已经在实际的工程应用上收到的成果。
This paper is based on the researching work of MW KGC04 IR thermal imager.Three main kinds of noises has been submitted and deeply analyzed during the development process,they are the noise on the signal transportation network,the noise of the bias voltage and the noise of the signal processing Op amplifier.Combing with the key performance indicators of the MW KGC04 and the analysis of the noise model of each kinds of them which just mentioned above,the noise source of the driving circuit has been studied,and finally proposed very efficient and effective ways to lower all kinds of them.The methods in this paper have been used in designing and manufacturing the 640×512 thermal imager,and have received desired results.
