摘要
针对某钢厂生产的15CrMoG包晶钢棒材表面易出现纵裂纹的现象,采用金相显微镜和扫描电镜对裂纹试样进行观察和分析。结果表明,15CrMoG包晶钢棒材表面纵裂纹的产生主要是由于Al和Si氧化物夹渣分布于钢坯的表层下面,在轧制过程中由于应力沿Al和Si氧化物夹渣处集中而使试样产生裂纹。
The formation mechanism of the surface cracks in the 15CrMoG steel is analyzed in this article by using the optical microscope and the scanning electron microscope.The results show that the reason leading to the surface cracks is the oxide of Al and Si which distribute under the surface.The cracks are found along the oxide of Al and Si during the rolling.
