摘要
在国内外研究的基础上,从科技人员自身属性的角度出发,建立了影响农业自主创新环境评价的概念模型,并通过对天津市科技人员的调查,运用方差分析法对不同科技人员的评价结果进行分析。结果表明,具有不同基本素质和科研能力的科技人员在农业自主创新环境评价感知方面存在显著差异。
From the perspective of features in scientific personnel,a model to describe agriculture innovation environment evaluation was created in this paper. Then,some people in Tianjin agriculture innovation environment were sampled,and the data of this investigation by variance analysis was analyzed. The different basic characteristics or research ability could cause different evaluation of agriculture innovation environment was found.
