摘要
党代表大会常任制在试点工作中已取得了不少经验,但还有一些深层次的问题需要进一步探索和解决。从探讨党代表大会常任制的内涵出发,对党代表大会常任制的历史渊源和推行这种制度的重要意义进行分析,提出进一步完善党代表大会常任制的举措。
We have achieved a lot of experience in the trial of permanent system of Party＇s congress, however, some problems of deeper level need to be studied and solved. In this paper, starting with studying the connotation of permanent system of Party＇ s congress, we analyzed historic origin of permanent system of Party＇ s congress and the importance to carry out this system, presented policy and measures to perfect permanent system of Party＇ s congress.
