载体CWP-910在玉米纤维织物低温染色中的应用

摘要 选用低温、中温、高温型三种类型的分散染料利用CWP-910对玉米纤维进行染色。通过对染色K/S值、色牢度及强力的检测最终得出结论:在载体CWP-910作用下,中、低温型分散染料可在85℃温度下实现对玉米纤维的低温染色;低温染色相比较110℃常规染色,玉米纤维织物可减少25%以上的强力损伤,且断裂伸长率增大。 Three types of disperse dyes, low, mild and high temperature dyes, were selected to dye PLA fabrics. The K/S value, color fastness and strength were detected. The results indicated that PLA fabrics could be dyed at 85℃ by low and mild temperature dyes with the action of CWP- 910. Comparing the low temperature dyeing (85℃) with the conventional dyeing (110℃) of PLA fab- tics, the loss in strength could be reduced by more than 25% and the elongation at break could be increased.
