摘要
目的优选腰息痛胶囊的最佳超声提取工艺。方法以欧前胡素的提取量为评价指标,以HPLC法为含量测定方法,采用正交实验考察超声时间、溶剂用量及提取次数对提取效果的影响。结果超声时间为45min,提取次数为2次,甲醇为提取溶剂、用量为取样量的6倍。结论该超声提取工艺设计合理,结果可靠,提取效果较好,为控制腰息痛胶囊的内在质量提供了科学依据。
Objective To optimize the ultrasonic extraction technology of Yaoxitong capsules.Methods The HPLC method was used as the content determination method.The extracted volume of imperatorin was used as evaluation index.The orthogonal design test was used to determine the influence of different factors （ultrasonic time,solvent amount,and extraction times） on the extracted yield.Results Ultrasonic extraction time was 45 min,and extracted for 2 times.Methanol was used as the extraction solvent,and its dosage was 6 times of the sample volume.Conclusion The ultrasonic extraction process with accepted yield is reasonable and reliable.It can be used for the quality control of Yaoxitong capsules.
