This paper studies density wave oscillation in a vertical upflow pipe of the two-phase natural circulation loop. The oscillation curves at different conditions are obtained. By means of plurality linear regression analysis of the experimental data, a stability criterion of the density wave oscillation under the low pressure two-phase natural circulation conditions is developed.The range of the experimental parameters as follow: system pressure P = 0.2 ~2.0MPa, mass flow rate G =265 ~2654 kg/m2s, inlet subcooling △Tsub = 5 ~ 40℃, heated power Q = 5 ~ 30 kW.
