摘要
本文讨论开展灾害管理学的研究意义、灾害管理的一些重要科学问题和灾害管理学应该包括的主要研究内容。
In this paper we discuss how to develop Disaster Management as a whole and its significance in particular in China.Some related work are surveyed and a few issues are suggested for development of Disaster Management.
