摘要
设计了一种采用近钻头测量方式,能够同时测量钻压、扭矩、侧向力、环空压力等钻井工程参数的随钻数据采集系统。通过压力传感器来测量环空压力,使用4个应变电桥测量钻压、扭矩和侧向力;在数据采集系统里,使用了先进的微控制器主控芯片和合适的A/D转换芯片,并设计了信号放大、数据存储模块、数据传输模块和相应的外围电路。采集系统已进入工程化阶段,在文星5井进行了下井试验,从现场试验结果来看,能够满足实际钻井的工况条件,取得了很好的试验效果,为分析井下钻头的实际工作情况提供了非常直观的手段,可以减少和消除井下复杂事故,缩短钻井时间,提高钻井速度。
A drilling data acquisition system which can measure the near-bit drilling parameters such as:WOB,torque,lateral force and annular pressure etc is designed.Pressure transducer is used to obtain annular pressure.WOB,torque and lateral force are measured by four strain-gauge electric bridges.In the DAS system,advanced MCU and suitable A/D converter with modules of signal amplification,data storage,data transfer and peripheral circuits are adopted to fit the system.The good results of experiment on well Wenxing 5 show that the system can meet the working conditions of actual drilling.The system can present a clear near-bit work situation which provides a very intuitive way of analyzing the actual work of the downhole drilling to improve drilling and can reduce and eliminate the underground complexities and incidents,shorten the drilling time and increase drilling speed.
