摘要
目的调查分析双流县乡镇卫生院人员配备现况,为探索小康型乡镇卫生院人员配备方案提供参考。方法自制问卷对四川省双流县所辖21家乡镇卫生院进行调查,使用SPSS17.0统计学软件对调查数据进行分析。结果 21家乡镇卫生院平均每千人口医务人员数量高于全国水平,中、高级职称人数占10.34%,有执业资格的占69.06%,大专及以上学历占66.03%,医护比为1∶0.56。结论双流县乡镇卫生院存在一定的人力资源浪费现象,护理人员比例不足,卫生人员的学历、职称偏低,且存在不具备执业资格者在岗现象。因此,乡镇卫生院应合理规划人员配备结构,避免人力资源浪费现象的发生,加强对乡镇卫生院在岗人员的培训,引进人才和技术,提高整体素质。
Objective To investigate and analyze the current situation of medical staff configuration of township hospitals in Shuangliu County of Sichuan Province to provide valuable references for the staffing program of well-off township hospitals.Methods Questionnaire survey was performed in 21 township hospitals in Shuangliu County.SPSS 17.0 was used for statistical analysis.Results Medical staff per thousand population of the 21 township hospitals in Shuangliu County was higher than the national average.The number of medium and senior professional titles account for 10.34%.Those who have practitioner qualification certificate accounted for 69.06 %,have post-secondary education or above accounted for 66.03%.Conclusion Waste of human resources exists in the township hospitals in Shuangliu County,but the proportion of nurses is inadequate.The educational level and professional titles of these medical staff are in a relatively low level.A large number of unqualified medical workers exist.The distribution of professional categories is irrational.Therefore,township hospitals should rationally allocate their medical staffs,avoid human resources waste,and strengthen the training of medical staffs and recruiting talents to improve their overall quality.
