摘要
为分析干燥参数与苜蓿含水率的关系,通过三因素五水平响应曲面法,研究了喂入率、热风流量和滚筒转速间的交互作用对苜蓿含水率的影响,并优化出最佳干燥工艺参数。结果表明:热风流量一定,苜蓿含水率随着喂入率和滚筒转速的增大,呈先增大后减小的趋势;滚筒转速一定,随着热风流量的增大,苜蓿含水率逐渐增大;喂入率一定,苜蓿含水率随滚转速的增加先增加后减小。优化出的最佳干燥参数为:喂入率25kg/min,热风流量58.00%,滚筒转速9r/min,得到的苜蓿最终含水率为10.93%,可用于指导苜蓿干燥的生产实践。
In order to analyze the relation between drying parameters and moisture content of alfalfa,according to response surface methodology,the effects of feeding rate,hot air flow and roller speed on moisture content were studied,and the optimum drying parameters were obtained.The results suggested that moisture content of alfalfa was increased and then decreased as the increase of feeding rate and roller speed at a certain value of hot air flow.When roller speed was in fixed value,moisture content was increased with hot air flow increasing.While for a certain value of feeding rate,moisture content was increased and then decreased with the increase of roller speed.The optimum drying parameter was 25 kg /min of feeding rate,58.00% of hot air flow,9 r /min of roller speed,and 10.93% of moisture content obtained.The optimum results can be used to guide the practical production.
