摘要
应用三维CFD软件AVL FIRE,对1台3105柴油机的喷雾与燃烧过程进行了数值模拟。通过缸内流场分析和浓度分析,研究了喷孔夹角、喷孔数对混合气形成和燃烧过程的影响。计算结果表明,喷孔夹角和喷孔数将影响到燃烧室内的气流运动、燃油的分布和混合,进而影响燃烧过程。
Numerical simulation was carried out on the spray and combustion process of a 3105 diesel engine by using 3D CFD software AVL FIRE in this paper.The effects of the angle and number of nozzle hole on the formation of mixture and combustion process was investigated through the analysis of flow field and concentration field in the cylinder.The calculation results indicated that the angle and the number of nozzle hole influence the motion of gas flow,the distribution of fuel and the mixing with the air in the cylinder.These further influence the combustion process.
