摘要
目的探讨胰腺假性囊肿(pancreatic pseudo cyst,PPC)手术的术式、术中处理,并发症的防治。方法回顾性分析本院2000年6月至2008年10月收治的32例PPC患者的临床资料。保守治疗4例,行内引流术24例,外引流术3例,胰腺部分切除术1例。结果无手术死亡。保守治疗4例均治愈,未见复发,行内引流术24例中有2例并消化道出血,1例并发肠瘘,余21例恢复良好,无复发,外引流术3例中1例出现胰瘘。行胰腺部分切除术1例,恢复良好。结论对于PPC的诊治应制订个体化治疗方案,根据病情及病程选择合适的方案是治疗的关键。
Objective To explore the operation methods,intraoperative treatment,measures for prevention and treatment of complications in the treatment of pancreatic pseudocyst.Methods The clinical data of 32 patients with pancreatic pseudocyst from June 2000 to October 2008 was retrospectively analyzed.Conservative treatment was performed in four cases,internal drainage was performed in 24 cases,external drainage was performed in 3 cases,partial resection of the pancreas was performed in 1 case.Results There was no operative mortality.Conservative treatment of four cases were cured and no recurrence,two cases of gastrointestinal bleeding occured in the internal drainage of 24 cases,1 case complicated by fistula,21 cases had a good recovery, without relapse, 1 case of pancreatic fistula occured in three cases of external drainage. 1 case of partial resection of the pancreas had a good restoration.Conclusion The key for the diagnosis and treatment of PPC should formulate individualized treatment programs, according to the condition and choose the right course.
